Refund and Returns Policy

If you would like to proceed with the booking, please check if all details are correct – Name – Date – Time – Address – Phone number – No. of kids – Service – Payment – total $ ,deposit $ and balance $ cash to be paid on the day. All bookings will require a deposit to secure/lock in the date and time.

*NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING.

Booking will be confirmed after the confirmation of payment.

All deposits will be deducted from the final cost of the booking. The BALANCE is due at the beginning of the party week if you prefer to pay via bank transfer. SERVICES WILL NOT COMMECE WITHOUT PAYMENT. If you need to cancel we require no less then 24 hours notice for your deposit to be rolled over to your next availability. Feel free to reschedule all bookings within 14 days of cancelling.

However if you do not reschedule your deposit is completely non refundable.
